NURSING HOMES

COMPLETED PROJECT

 

Over many years, we partnered with Endeavour Healthcare Ltd to help construct and refurbish their portfolio of Nursing Homes.

 

These projects ranged in size from 50-78 bedded homes, each aimed at the marketplace's luxury end. They included Restaurants, Bars, Cinemas, Hair and Beauty Salons, and the varied clinical requirements on each site.

 

The Projects were in areas around the UK, from Kent to Bournemouth, to Sheffield and beyond. Many were purpose-built with occasional refurbishment including an existing convent complete with Chapel – a true challenge.

 

All of these projects were ‘handed’ over as a fully furnished and operational units.
